BMP have over 25 years experience as specialists in the installation, service and repair of all types of movable, sliding and operable partitions. We offer a full range of services from simple advice right through to repairs and planned maintenance contracts. Our experienced fitting team currently install for many of the UKs manufacturers and as such we are able to offer highly competitive rates for the fitting of your new partition or relocation of your existing screen. We repair all types of movable partitions and as we have established long term relationships with the majority of manufacturers, it ensures an easy replacement parts service. If your partition is older or the supplier is no longer in business, because of our time in the industry we may well know where to obtain or remake any broken components. As with any equipment with moving components, regular maintenance is an essential factor in ensuring reliability and longevity. Without attention, minor issues can easily escalate into very expensive and unexpected breakdowns. Each customers requirements are different due to factors such as the amount of usage, sound performance, staff turnover, budget etc. and so we try and offer a tailor made package that best suit you, from a one off service to fully planned service contracts. As part of any contract we offer an emergency call out service and a 24 hour advice line. Incorrect operation is often a major factor in the cause of a breakdown. Whether there has been a high turnover of staff or just a lack of instruction, we always include for onsite instruction as part of our site visit. This not only covers the day to day use, but also because the majority of screens can be very heavy, we will instruct you on what you need to be aware of to ensure their safe operation. For larger installations or for companies with a higher number of staff, we can offer 2 hour or half day instruction sessions.
